🎯Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex Odoo enterprise solutions
• Architect scalable Odoo implementations for large-scale business operations
• Develop custom modules following Odoo development standards and best practices
• Implement advanced integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks
• Optimize database performance and system architecture for high-volume transactions
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze complex requirements and deliver solutions
• Lead migration projects from legacy systems to Odoo or between Odoo versions
• Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Provide technical leadership and establish development workflows and methodologies

💻Technical Skills Required

• Core Technologies: Advanced Python, Odoo Framework (v15-v17), PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, QWeb Templates
• Odoo Expertise: All core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, POS, CRM, HR, Project), Studio, Website Builder
• Development Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Odoo ORM, API development, Unit Testing, Debugging tools
• Integration Skills: REST/SOAP APIs, EDI systems, Payment gateways, E-commerce platforms, External databases
• System Architecture: Multi-company setups, Performance optimization, Security implementation, Backup strategies

🎓Certification & Experience Requirements

• Odoo Certification (mandatory requirement)
• 7+ years of professional Odoo development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record of leading large-scale Odoo implementation projects
• Experience with Odoo Enterprise edition features and modules
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes across multiple industries
• Expertise in database design, optimization, and PostgreSQL administration
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with C-level executives

• Odoo Functional Consultant Certification
• Additional certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
